Sign up and onboarding
This page walks you through creating your AlphaAgent account and completing the one-time onboarding wizard: signing in, setting up your profile and organization, and adding a payment method so you can issue license keys and deploy Studio.
Signing in
The Console uses a secure hosted login (Auth0) with industry-standard authentication. You sign in or sign up from the Console home page; first-time sign-in creates your user record and starts onboarding automatically.

If you arrived from an invitation link, your sign-up is bound to the inviting organization (see Organization & Members). Keep the invite link open in the same browser session through the full sign-up round-trip — some private-browsing modes drop the invitation context.
The onboarding wizard
After your first sign-in, the Console guides you through a short wizard. You cannot reach the main Console until the required steps are complete; if you leave partway through, you are returned to the next unfinished step on your next visit.
1. Welcome
A brief introduction that confirms your account was created.
2. Profile and organization
You provide your profile details and create (or join) your organization — the tenant that owns everything in your account: members, billing, and license keys. This organization is the unit of ownership for your entire AlphaAgent relationship.

3. Billing setup
You add a payment method using a secure, embedded payment form (Stripe). The Console collects and verifies the card without ever storing card details itself; if your bank requires extra verification (3-D Secure), you complete it inline and are returned to the wizard.
Once verified, the Console attaches the card as your default payment method and starts your usage-based subscription. See Billing & Subscriptions for what happens after onboarding.

4. Complete
A confirmation screen. From here you land on the Console home dashboard.
A persistent reminder until billing is set up
If you skip or do not finish the billing step, the Console shows a persistent banner prompting you to complete it. You can still explore the Console, but you should finish billing setup before issuing license keys for a production deployment.
What's next
With onboarding complete, you can:
- Review your organization and invite members.
- Create a license key.
- Download a Studio release and hand it to your deployment team.
