Sign up and onboarding
This page walks you through creating your AlphaAgent account and completing the one-time onboarding wizard: signing in and setting up your profile and organization so you can issue license keys and deploy Studio.
Signing in
The Console uses a secure hosted login (Auth0) with industry-standard authentication. You sign in or sign up from the Console home page; first-time sign-in creates your user record and starts onboarding automatically.
If you arrived from an invitation link, your sign-up is bound to the inviting organization (see Organization & Members). Keep the invite link open in the same browser session through the full sign-up round-trip — some private-browsing modes drop the invitation context.
The onboarding wizard
After your first sign-in, the Console guides you through a short wizard. You cannot reach the main Console until the required steps are complete; if you leave partway through, you are returned to the next unfinished step on your next visit.
1. Welcome
A brief introduction that confirms your account was created.
2. Profile and organization
You provide your profile details and create (or join) your organization — the tenant that owns everything in your account: members, billing, and license keys. This organization is the unit of ownership for your entire AlphaAgent relationship.
3. Complete
A confirmation screen. From here you land on the Console home dashboard.
Before you create a license key: add a payment card
Onboarding does not collect a payment card. Billing is usage-based ($40 per 1,000,000 prompt tokens) with no subscription, and a card is required only when you go to create your first license key — the Console blocks key creation until a card is on file. You add a card at any time from Billing → Payment methods → Manage billing in Stripe, which opens the secure Stripe Customer Portal. See Billing and payments for the details.
What's next
With onboarding complete, you can:
- Review your organization and invite members.
- Create a license key.
- Download a Studio release and hand it to your deployment team.
