Organization and members

Your organization is the tenant that owns your AlphaAgent account — every member, payment method, invoice, and license key belongs to it. This page explains the organization model, member roles, and how invitations work.

Your organization (tenant)

You create your organization during onboarding. It is the single boundary for:

  • Members — the people who can sign in to your Console account.
  • Billing — your payment methods, subscription, and invoices.
  • License keys — every key you create, and the deployments those keys authorize.

Everything you see in the Console is scoped to your organization. You can update your organization's profile details from the Console.

Members and roles

Members are granted permissions that gate sensitive actions. License management, for example, distinguishes between operators (who can create and manage license keys) and administrators (who can also revoke them). Billing and organization settings are similarly permission-gated. Assign each member the least privilege they need.

Invitations

You invite a colleague by sending them an invitation from your organization. The invitation produces a link; when the recipient opens it and signs up, their new account is automatically bound to your organization rather than creating a separate, empty tenant.

To keep the binding intact, the invited user should open the link and complete sign-up in the same browser session. Private-browsing modes that discard session state mid-flow can break the link between the new account and your organization; if that happens, resend the invitation.

Members management UI — coming soon

The capability to invite and manage members exists in the platform today, but a dedicated Members screen in the Console is on the roadmap and not yet available. Until it ships, member and invitation management is handled through support and the underlying account API. This page will be updated when the self-service Members screen is released.
